Larry Hardaway

Attorney Hardaway is a senior partner in the law firm. The firm handles automobile accident claims, nursing home abuse, wrongful death claims, and criminal defense. Attorney Hardaway graduated from high school in Winter Haven as senior class president in 1972 and attended college in North Carolina at Davidson College. He graduated Davidson College with a degree in Political Science before enrolling in law school at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. He graduated from law school in 1979 and began his career as a prosecutor in the State Attorney's Office in Bartow, Florida in August of 1979. Over the past 35 years he has been a prosecutor, public defender, a business development attorney for Dade County, Florida, and a Director for the City of Winter Haven, Florida. He has received numerous awards and recognitions. He was appointed by Governor Chiles in 1994 to the Florida State Elections Commission. Larry D. Hardaway has been given The Florida Bar's Pro Bono Award for service to the Polk County community and he has been given an award by the Dade County Public Interest Law Bank for his work with community development corporations in Dade County.
